What is your current turnaround time for orders?

Production time for orders is currently 7-10 Business Days; Please note this do not include shipping. 

 

I need my order faster than your current production time, do you have a rush order option? 

Depending on the time of year and order volume, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. Please reach out to us via the contact page BEFORE placing your order. We will set up a custom order with a rush order fee if this option is available. 

If an order is placed requesting a rush without prior approval, your order will be processed within the current processing window. 

 

Can I cancel or return my order? 

Due to the custom nature of all our products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. If you have questions regarding your order, please reach out to us via the CONTACT PAGE.

 

I've never ordered anything with a monogram, how are the letters generally stitched?

We generally stitch them FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE, however they can be stitched in any order you choose. Please note: Some fonts are single or two letter monograms. Be sure to read the description and view all listing photos for information regarding monogram font options. Some listings are for one particular font and some give you the option to choose your font. 

 

I really love a monogram, but I would like to see the font in my initials, can you provide a proof?

Yes, we can provide a proof for the monogram or font you are requesting. If requesting a proof, it will be provided within one business day. 

 

What is the best way to clean my linens?

Please see our LINEN CARE page for instructions on properly cleaning your linens. Due to the nature of linen, wrinkling is common after washing and requires pressing with an iron. 

 

If I send you the item, can you monogram it for me?

At this time, we only stitch on products we have within our shop. 

 

How fast will my order ship?

We ship all our orders via USPS. You can upgrade your shipping to priority at check out. Please note that regardless of the shipping option chosen at check out, our PRODUCTION TIME is still currently 7-10 business days. The shipping time is the time it may take to arrive AFTER your order has been stitched and mailed out. 

Please note that shipping times are out of our hands once the item is shipped. 

 

Can I pick up my order?

We currently only ship our orders and are not able to offer local pick up. 

 

Do you dropship your products?

No, we do not dropship any products from other companies. All of our products are embroidered in house in Central Texas. 

 

I want to place a large order, do you offer bulk pricing?

For inquiries about Bulk Orders, please message us HERE with your order request. Please include the quantity, product name, font and thread color, as well as date needed by in your message. Bulk Order pricing is only available on dinner and cocktail napkins at this time. 

Bulk Order Pricing - 15% OFF Quantities of 50 napkins or more. All quantities under 50 are regular price. 

After we have received your request, a custom invoice will be sent via email. We will also include an estimated ship date with your invoice. Rush Processing is not available on Bulk Orders. 

A design proof will be included with the invoice. Approval of the design is required prior to the production of your order; failure to do so will result in a production and shipping delay. 

 

Please Note: To prevent delays in the production of your order, please be sure you have viewed all listing images, read the description completely, and provided ALL required info (Font or Monogram Choice, Thread Choice, and Initials [in order to be stitched]) to complete your order. Some products and designs require specific information, so reading the description is important. 

If we reach out regarding clarification on your order and do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will complete the item as ordered.
